The FC Boulder Financial Assistance Program was created to ensure that our players and families will continue to experience the fullness of life in our community through participation at FC Boulder.
At the beginning of each season, families in need of financial support to meet the costs of soccer participation are asked to submit applications for financial assistance. The profiles of these families range widely… single parent households, families with multiple children participating in soccer, grandparents who are legal guardians of their grandchildren, even young adults who may be presently living on their own, providing for their own needs.
Nearly every team in the club has a player or players on its roster who benefit from the FC Boulder Financial Assistance Program.
To be eligible for financial assistance awards, families must meet certain criteria. For example, they must be in good financial standing with FC Boulder. They must provide evidence of current work status and annual household income. They must provide information on the number of family members in the household. These data, and other complementary information, are then reviewed by a committee which provides a recommendation to the Club regarding the level of financial assistance each family is entitled to receive.
We are proud to say that FC Boulder is one of the most generous soccer clubs in Colorado. We value our families, and do our best to make soccer accessible for all.
